01    OWNERSHIP
This typeface and software files remain the intellectual property of Claudia Eggimann. All rights are owned by her. You acknowledge that these terms are legally binding and that any unauthorized use or wrong licensing of the typeface constitutes a violation of Claudia Eggimann‘s intellectual property rights. Violations may be prosecuted.

The following licence agreement is a legal agreement between you, the buyer (hereinafter «the licensee», or «user») and Claudia Eggimann (hereinafter «the designer»). By installing typeface files (referred to as «typeface», «font», «font software», «software files») designed by Claudia Eggimann, you have to agree to the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) where rules about the utilization of this typeface is described in detail. In case no licence fits your need, please contact directly and describe the postponed use in a written form so exclusive conditions can be developed. Contact: info@claudiaeggimann.ch
02    BASICS
Licence depends on the business size, as well on the created matter (type of usage). A basic licence is provided, as well as the option for add-ons who can be added. Please make sure to upgrade the volume of  licences as your business size is growing – because of the typeface of course :). A licence is non-transferable and can not be transmitted to other persons or organizations.
03    EXTERNALS
External workers such as designers, printers, developers, producers, or agencies working on behalf of the project or organization may only need access to the typeface for a limited period of time to complete a job. They do not require their own licence and can receive a copy from the licensee, provided they agree to not use the font software and files for other matters and are familiar with the EULA.
04    DEVICE PER LICENCE
It is allowed to install one(1) licence on two(2) devices (e.g. workstation and laptop or tablet). In accordance that this licence is used by the one(1) licenced user and for the specific project, organization etc. only. If the typeface is to be installed on a server and distributed to multiple workstations, you should buy as many licences as there are workers.
05    FORMATS
With every purchase OTF-, WOFF-, WOFF2-format and (for this specific 
type) a shortened SVG version is delivered. It is prohibited to open the files in typeface software and convert, rename, expand or modify, without permission of the designer. In case you need extensions or modifications, contact info@claudiaeggimann.ch.
06    TRADEMARK LICENCE
If the purchased typeface is to be used for a trademarked logo, please ensure that the registration does not limit the font designers rights to the original type design, as she retain all rights to the typeface and any further extensions.
07    TRIAL LICENCE
A complete version of the typeface is available, as a trial licence after registration with full name and e-mail. These files are for testing and evaluation purposes only. They can be used for drafts, mock-ups, or internal presentations.

Commercial or public use is prohibited and needs permission. It is prohibited to flatter for followers on social media with works using unlicenced typefaces.
